Collecting Your Name Badge

Collect your name badge from 7:30am Wednesday 13 May at the UNLEASH Perth Registration desk in the BelleVue Foyer on Level 2, within Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Registration Ticket

Digital tickets are not available and confirmation emails cannot be used for entry to the conference. However, please keep a copy of your confirmation email for reference.

Queuing

The UNLEASH Perth Registration Desk is open from 7:30am until the end of the conference day to help you get sorted quickly. Click Queue Info for live updates and timing.

Do I need my name badge all the time?

YES, keep your name badge with you at all times - it’s your pass to attend sessions, the Welcome Reception, learning tours, and the Perth Zoo. For learning tours, your name badge is ESSENTIAL for entry due to WHS and Child Safety requirements. If you forget, you won’t be able to join the tour - so don’t leave it behind!

Step-by-Step

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Search for “The Event App by Eventsair”.
3. Login with the same email used for registration.
4. Add sessions and social events to build your agenda.
5. Enable notifications for real-time updates.

Privacy & Notifications

Control your profile visibility and opt in to notifications you care about. You can adjust these anytime in the app settings.

Sold-Out Sessions

If a session is full, check back later - places may open as attendees update schedules. A limited standby queue may operate at rooms; entry is not guaranteed.

Zoo Breakfast + Lunch

Make sure you RSVP when completing your registration to attend these two new networking events.

Badge Policy

Your badge must be worn at all times. It’s required for access to sessions, expo and social events, and especially for learning tours.

Arrive early for popular sessions. Follow signage for your registration type. Keep your confirmation details handy for any checks.
