Program
UNLEASH 2026 is designed as an immersive conference experience that blurs the boundaries between learning, design, creativity and community. Rather than a traditional format, delegates will step into the kinds of environments we aspire to create—open, vibrant, purposeful and inspiring.
As part of this design, Learning Tours (formerly site tours) will take delegates offsite for a full-day experience in learning environments across the region. Delegates select their preferred tour during registration.
For the days onsite at PCEC, the program unfolds through four concurrent narratives. Delegates choose a narrative each day and follow that pathway through the story of UNLEASH, exploring ideas from different perspectives.
At its core, the conference explores how environments, culture and creativity shape belonging—recognising that belonging is spatial, cultural, relational and deeply human.
The program is framed by three themes:
Living — How we belong and connect to place, people and the natural world.
Learning — How we think and learn through multiple modalities including movement, voice and play.
Leading — How we act and shape change, guided by vision and student voice into the next 25 years.
Throughout the conference, learning will be experienced through student exhibitions, creative interventions, performances and collaborative discussions. Keynotes are designed not simply to inform, but to create moments of reflection, emotional connection and possibility.
UNLEASH is not a traditional conference, but a constellation of stories—explored through experience, creativity and connection.
