Full registration fee includes arrival tea and coffee, morning teas, lunches, Welcome Reception (Monday).Conference Dinner Tickets are an additional cost.

Members - Learning Environments Australasia Member rates are only available to current members whose membership was financial as of 31st December 2018. Members have exclusive access to Early Bird until 24 February 2019

Shared Registration This is for members of the same organisation if they wish to send different people on different days. This can be used for a maximum of three named staff members per organisation, with only one attending the conference at a time	$1375.00
Young Professional (only available during early bird period) Learning Environments Australasia wish to encourage our members to involve young employees of their organisations to participate in the professional discourse about the future of learning environments. As an incentive to bring additional employees of your organisation to the conference, we are offering the opportunity for design practices to register two employees under 35 at half price for every two full price member registrations from the same group membership. For schools, the offer is extended to two young professionals for each full price registration. The offer applies to members only and must be booked in the Early Bird period. ID will need to be shown at registration.	$605.00

CPD Points for Australian architects: Attendance and participation in the learning activities can earn up to six (6) formal and Informal CPD Points, depending upon the criteria of your state professional body.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made before Friday 26 April 2019 will be refunded less 25% of the Conference Registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be given after this date but substitute delegates are welcome.

Registration and accommodation changes will not be accepted unless made in writing. Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur costs due to specific hotel and venue policies.
