There are a number of wheelchair and companion seating locations throughout BCEC.
Guide dogs and registered assistance animals are welcome in all areas of BCEC as per legislation requirements. Please email: info@bccm.com.au if you will have a guide dog or registered assistance animal accompany you to the conference.

The Great Hall’s seating can be accessed from both the Foyer and Mezzanine levels, according to which door is closest to each section.
Companion cards are accepted delegates. Please email us: info@bccm.com.au if you have a special seating requirement or companion card.
Lifts and escalators connect all levels of the building and are fitted with audio information and braille buttons.
Please ensure you include in your Conference Registration form any special, accessibility or dietary requirements so that appropriate considerations can be made to ensure a positive conference experience.
