Chris Daicos

I am a trained teacher and social worker who has, since leaving the Department of Education (VIC), operated as a facilitator, coach and trainer with over two decades of experience in the public and private sectors. As an educator first and foremost, I have an understanding of pedagogy that has contributed to my extensive experience in developing and delivering bespoke professional learning opportunities to hundreds of individuals on a range of topics.

My most recent qualification in Positive Psychology (I was a foundation graduate of Australia’s first Master Applied Positive Psychology) has steered me into a field that has complimented my work as a Solution Focused Therapist.

My experience as a teacher and Social worker enable me to apply the Positive Psychology Interventions into real life scenarios that participants can relate to. I have worked with staff in both the private and public sector to; develop leadership qualities, challenge and develop performance cultures, enhance team functioning and enrich wellbeing.

My whole professional career has focussed on wellbeing either as a direct practioner or as an educator in this field. The tools of Positive Psychology add value and currency to the workshops I deliver. My top character strengths Kindness, Bravery, Social Intelligence, Humour and Leadership are maximised in opportunities where I can help others ‘feel good and do well”.

Tim & Judy Sharp

In these times of change and disruption Tim and Judy Sharp remind us of the power of our humanity and what we are capable of.

Tim Sharp is an international artist who is best known for his creation Laser Beak Man.  Tim is also the first person with Autism to have his artwork turned into an animated series and stage show.  Laser Beak Man is a character through which Tim expresses his great sense of humour, intelligence and his original way of looking at life.   Their best-selling book and keynote “A Double Shot of Happiness” will captivate your audience.

Tim was born in 1988 and Judy quickly realised he wasn’t like other babies of his age.  But it wasn’t until after his 3rd birthday she was told Tim had Autism and there was little hope for his development.   But Judy never gave up and discovered she was able to open a door and communicate with Tim through drawing. A discovery that changed their lives forever.
