Positive Leadership: Bringing Positive Psychology to Leadership in Education

This workshop will provide an introduction to Positive Leadership (Cameron, 2012) and highlight the role of the School Leader as a key lever in the strategic implementation of Positive Education. Participants will be introduced to Cameron’s model of Positive Leadership. Specific actions will be identified to align current leadership practices to the theory and practice of Positive Leadership and Positive Psychology more broadly.
