When it comes to student wellbeing, how do you currently use your student management system? Many schools only utilise tracking of poor behaviour and recording of negative incidents in the classroom/playground within their management systems. Have you considered using this same piece of technology to track and recognise positive behaviour and achievements? In this workshop, we will discuss how you can use your existing student management system to track, recognise and reward positive occurrences in your school setting. Real school examples will be discussed, and examples provided on how this can be implemented in your school.
