Developing an affirming community of people, be it a school, or an organisation, or a city, requires the demonstration of belonging. Creating a sense of belonging necessitates leaders to exhibit knowledge, accept context and embrace understanding. These characteristics are variably applied through intellectual quotients, emotional quotients and 'love' quotients' The identification of the balance, results in authentic decision-making. The presentation focus question is 'how do you assess your IQ, EQ and LQ to generate community belonging for effective outcomes?'
